The declaration of future dividends will be at our Board’s sole discretion and such declaration will be based on the Board’s analysis of a variety of factors including our ability to comply with, and limitations imposed by, our credit facility, the availability of liquidity to fund such dividends and our debt service as well as the factors set forth above. All forward-looking statements in this report are based on information available to us on the date hereof, and we assume no obligation to update any such forward-looking statements.
